I found Joan’s workshop on Autoimmunity and Your Gut to be absolutely fascinating. I learned new things and deepened and expanded my knowledge of various aspects of health and the body. And, the process was a complete pleasure! A perfect way to spend Sunday afternoon. I went home energized and inspired and feeling very centered.
